This study empirically establish the relationship between perceived organisational support and performance of small medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria. It used a quantitative research design an adopted close-ended questionnaire to gather information from Three Hundred Seventy-Eight (378) managers owners medium-sized businesses Lagos, To analyze collected data, author SmartPLS-SEM 4. All variables were strongly positively correlated with support, according results structural models. In contrast adopting open-ended questions coupled inability interact subject for majority time, survey favours closed-ended over ones, collecting primary data using questionnaire, thereby limiting respondents fully expressing their views. The also concentrates on SME sectors Nigeria, which limits applicability findings other countries or understudied industries. light limitations above, future researchers could broaden specific industries like manufacturing, banking, multinationals apply qualitative methodologies further corroborate conclusions. this provide some practical implications business organizations managers. For organisation, efforts should be made ensure that provision supportive environment adequate necessary resources attaining set goals are available accessible, come form equipment, ideas, funding, physical assistance, technology, socio-emotional likes. Furthermore, not just see asset being but monitor it point implementation properly aid propel goals. contributes significantly management field improves generalisation organizational theory (OST).
